Snow White and Driftwood Gray Painted Kitchen

Written by David Short | November 13

The client was tired of the previous owner's paint job and wanted a fresh, clean look with Snow White Cabinets and a feature island of Driftwood Gray.

The previous paint job was White with a DIY applied, brown glaze, that over time had given the cabinets a worn look.  The diamonds painted on the pantry doors also gave the kitchen a dated feel.

While painting over a previous paint job is not ideal, we were able to prep and sand to an acceptable smoothness, and spray on primer, base and finish coats to refresh the kitchen and make the granite tops stand out again.
